So I get to see lots of different organisations all trying to implement Scrum to varying levels, several themes come out:

Firstly, testers are sometimes excluded from certain activities/events or aren’t given an equal voice in the team. Sometimes they don’t understand that they have an equal voice that needs to be heard. During the last couple of months the nFocus team have enjoyed meeting hundreds of IT professionals at a series of events that include the IP Expo, Test Expo and many more. Whilst manning a stand for several days is exhausting on the legs, it is made worthwhile by the interesting (and sometimes bizarre) questions we’re asked.
